How to Contract

Already a Topflight agent? Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1Review the National, Regional, and Supplemental carriers available through Spark, listed on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
Step 2Log in to your Spark account.
Step 3In your Spark account, go to Back Office, then Contracts & Licenses. Click the "Request a Contract" button in the upper left corner.
Step 4Complete the form, then watch for an email from Spark with your onboarding instructions.

How do I get contracted with a carrier through Topflight?

Pick the carrier on this page. Medicare Advantage and most Med Supp carriers are requested through your Spark account; Ameritas, Foresters and Mutual of Omaha ancillary products contract through the Premier SureLC link; Physicians Mutual is requested through your immediate upline.

How long does carrier contracting take?

Adding a state for a Medicare Advantage carrier generally takes a minimum of 3 days and can take up to a week. Medicare Supplement and ancillary timelines depend on the carrier and state.

Who do I contact about a pending contract?

Spark requests go to support@sparkadvisors.com, Pinnacle requests to supporthealth@pfsinsurance.com, Premier and Topflight-direct requests to support@m.topflightagent.com.
